Our Society Policy

The Constitution of the Singapore Medical Society of the United Kingdom is published by the President of the standing executive committee with authorisation of the advisory committee. It serves as the foundational document that governs the structure, functions, and procedures of SMSUK, and defines the responsibilities, powers, and conduct expected of its elected officers.

A secondary document - Committee Structure and Responsibilities, details the specific roles and responsibilities of each committee member, clarifying their operational duties and expectations.

Both documents are reviewed updated twice per term - once at the commencement of the Standing Committee’s tenure, and again before the conclusion of its term. This is to ensure continued relevance and compliance with the Society’s evolving needs.
